Detailed Requirements
- Factual accuracy
- All content must be factually accurate. Statistics, quotes, and claims must be verifiable. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you submit.
- No guaranteed outcomes
- Submission and payment do not guarantee publication. Content that does not meet these guidelines will be rejected and the submission will not proceed.
- Original content
- Content must be original to the submission. Do not submit press releases that have already been published elsewhere without significant modification.
- No excessive optimization
- Content should be written to communicate a news story, not primarily to include keywords or links for search engine manipulation. Excessive keyword stuffing or link schemes will result in rejection.
- Disclosure
- Sponsored or paid content relationships must be disclosed where relevant. If the press release is written on behalf of a client, the actual issuing organization must be clearly identified.
- Contact information
- A contact name, email, or website for the issuing organization must be included in the press release body.
